About Mighty Me™

A transformative resilience program for primary and high schools.

40 research backed lessons across the school year, taught in a group.

Mighty Me™ gives children the skills to face frustration, failure, fear and rejection, and to quiet the voice that says they aren’t good enough. It rests on the belief that resilience can’t be built from a position of weakness.

How Mighty Me™ works

Like any core skill, resilience is built over time, not in a single day.

  1. Resilience building is a habit

We learn the routines and daily practices of a resilient mind.

  2. Leverage the power of group settings

We create an environment of encouragement where children support each other to achieve excellence.

  3. A year-long curriculum

Mighty Me™ has 40 lessons to work alongside the school year. It becomes a part of their weekly experience.

“My son was struggling with regulating his emotions. These outbursts of emotion would drive him to commit self-harm and put himself down. As his mum, this was heartbreaking to witness. My son joined Mighty Me™ in Year 5. The program taught him coping mechanisms for when he felt frustrated, and the techniques to manage his emotions. He continued with the program until he finished Year 6, which has given him life-long building blocks and assisted with his transition to High School.”
